• cough
• sore throat
• shortness of breath
OR
have travelled overseas or interstate in the last 14 days
OR
have had contact with someone diagnosed with or suspected of having corona virus
STOP: Please do not enter the After Hours practice
Instead, call our reception on 63314588
and speak to one of our receptionists who will ask you some questions and provide information about what to do next.
